They have a great selection of produce. A wonderful variety of healthy minded groceries. I have always been able to find a good variety of plant-based supplements and protein powder when needed. they opened a nice little juice bar in the back that makes fresh juice to order. Just be aware that the it can take a few minutes to make the juice so best to order first then do you shopping while its being made fresh.

Awesome place. The holy grail of health in Ocean County. They have unique food and drinks. Tons of vitamins. I am on a pseudo Paleo diet and I got a frozen dinner for lunch that had grass fed beef, vegetables, and coconut rice. I also got a shake there, YES THEY HAVE SHAKES, and it was absolutely delicious. Will come here again, and I hope you try it out!!!!
