Earlier this week - my niece (who is military) in England - ordered flowers for her grandmother for Mothers Day. She specially ordered specific flowers knowing they were her grandmothers favorite and was willing to pay extra for that specific flower. She was promised the piece would consist of mostly that specific flower. Sadly, upon delivery of the flower arrangement - though very nice - there was not one of that special flower in the piece. My niece contacted this florist (Ascione in Toms River) and in speaking to a man on the phone - was told not once, but twice - to "go f**k" herself". When my niece asked to speak to an owner or manager - she was told that the shop was closing and wouldnt be open again until after Mothers Day. I cant think of one florist in the world that 1) would close early during a busy holiday week like before Mothers Day; 2) that would allow a customer to be spoken to in such a disgraceful manner as that; 3) would hang up on that customer - even knowing she was calling from overseas. Would I recommend this florist - perhaps ... when pigs fly. DISGRACEFUL!!!

A very good old friend passed away and the funeral was on Mothers Day. None of the florists I usually deal with were delivering flowers that day, too busy with quick money making sales. I found Asciones on-line and not only did they accept my order, the arrangement was beautiful. Must say I was worried because the person taking the order didnt seem quite knowledgable about the area, as the funeral home was only a few blocks away, but, Thank You for a great job.

Janet rude women hung up on me when I was askin bout a flower delivery that they were asposed to deliver on Mothers Day and never did. Janet was extremely rude and so unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER Flowers from this place, The deliver guy was also rude and the excuse was"Well he is retired and has alot of deliverys"! Flowers are expensive and asposed to be a beautiful gift to give. This place is nothing but a complete headache!
