I purchased a few games... TWO of them were marked as NEW, and I paid them as NEW. However, the game was outside of the case, and was inside a sleeve. The store employee put it inside of the cases that were on the store shelves and put a clear sticker on the case. This is a big problem because Im not getting what I paid for. I paid for a BRAND NEW copy of the game... Not a game that was already open and was repackaged. This is false advertisement, and I highly advise people not to shop here and support their shady business. This is not fair to consumers. If I knew it was going to be in this condition, I would have went to Wal-Mart, paid the same price, and gotten the same games with the shrink wrapping still on it. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Walked into the store with my younger brother to browse different games and material. A young lady with dark hair and a nose piercing approached us and Nicely asked, "hello, how are you guys doing?" I replied "good, we are just looking around at the moment." After my response her mood changed completely. The response that I got from the associate was unacceptable for someone working in service to customers. She replied in a snarky way saying " okay, thats not what I asked you, but okay." She then turned around and walked away with some sass. I work in retail and in service to others, I would never do this to a customer. Please talk to her about this.

This is by far my favorite GameStop to go to all the employees know what they are talking about. And the manager is great always helps me with the utmost respect and courtesy because when I come in. I dont know what Im looking for or what Im talking about because I shop there for my boyfriend she has never been "snarky" or condescending in any type of matter. I absolutely love this game stop and will drive the half hour / 45 minutes out of my way to shop at the store because Cinnaminson has gone downhill.

Very bad staff especially Adriana she sold me a bad game if youre going there to trade your games do not go there youre wasting your time but she will not take anything she will look for any excuse to put a refurbished fee or to call it a broken went there to take my Xbox One and she only wants to give me $20 for it took it to another GameStop and give me $75 do not go to her shes so mean everything by the books and she makes her own rules terrible

This is my local store. I find the people very helpful, but their computer system is total problematic.They lost a preorder I had, the system showed I didnt even have the order. Fortunately I had a receipt. I was able to get them to fix it in the system, but now I am concerned about it getting lost again. Save your receipt if you go here. Also I wish they didnt push preorder so much, let me ask if I want to make one.

Im a former gamestop employee, the majority of negative reviews are unfortunately issues that are not common but happen at every gamestop. After leaving my location I used to work at I will only shop here. Trust an insider here, this is the most honest and caring staff in the entire south jersey district. I feel safe and respected coming here everytime.

ordered a system, delivery did not show up. called customer service, they said they are gonna call me back after talking to the store. Never called back, so I called the store directly. She asked me talk to the customer service, thats it no help at all

Horrible Experience,I had put a game on hold and they had the disc case and when I looked inside and there was absolutely nothing.Wasted $10 in going there and wasted 30 mins.Never going here again
