I took my welsh terrier there for a much needed grooming, and first, he had an "accident" in the waiting area. I had to clean it up but not one of the girls, and a few of them were idle, did not offer to help to even hold my dogs leash. At least another customer was nice enough to show me to the cleaning supplies. Michelle then told me my dogs legs had to be shaved. I couldnt believe it. A welshie with shaved legs, are you kidding me? No one goes there. She told me his hair was matted; it was certainly not, just needed a combing. She refused to treat my dog at all unless I agreed to shave his legs. RIDICULOUS. I took him to another groomer the following day, Whiskers in Dover, and the comb out and grooming was a SNAP. My dog was done in under two hours, and looks FABULOUS. Legs nice and full, head like a brick! Michelle was lazy and disrespectful.

They are ridiculous every time we take our goggles for a checkup they want to extra money out of pocket . After they say everything is covered. There excuse is the doctor is no longer with us he didnt explain things to us.

The staff is awesome here, the prices might be higher than buying online, but they have good sales, great and knowledgeable staff and an awesome Trainer in Sam! We always love going with our Pug, Philomena.

Pet Smart is easy to locate and there is plenty of parking. Theres waste cans and baggies so you can walk your dog before or after you been to the store, and they are emptied regularly so the dont smell.

I bougt my two guinea Pigs here in 2012. A kind lady named Christie helped me select my two guinea pigs Leslie and Meryl she is just a nice women. Thanks Christie !

My cats only eat Purina One fish flavors. They are often out of it. You should be able to order what flavors you want and pick it up in the store. Very frustrating.

Lots of Pet Supplies and Accessories but, the merchandise is expensive and seems to be priced for the upper class. Its hard to afford anything in there.

Their Rosy Red feeder fish were contaminated with and introduced Ich (a fish parasite) to one of my specimen fish tanks. Buyer beware!
