Very inflexible return policy. They started an argument that the product I wanted to return was in their opinion "good". When I insisted they came up with other reasons not to take it back, such as that they couldnt find the original purchase in their systems. I ended up not buying anything and when I made them aware that I would write a bad review, they answered they "do not care what I write on the Internet". Well, I guess if they dont care maybe someone else does. This store can definitely use some staff with basic people skills such as friendliness and helpfulness toward customers.

Good selection of Portuguese wines & spirits (especially Ports) from both large companies and smaller wineries at attractive prices. Also some French wines. Staff is friendly and helpful.
