A wonderful mattress, no problems, but a but more than I budgeted for. The sales staff was great, John did everything he could to help. I found a terrific hybrid mattress set. The delivery guys were right on time. I mean, to the minute. Before Mattress Warehouse, I at first checked out a discount mattress store, well known with a lot of TV advertising. After visiting their store, those sales folks looked exhausted to me, not sure if that was a good or bad thing. The stores customer reviews told the final tale:. If you buy cheap, you get cheap. Their volume sales did not necessary produce happy customers. So Mattress Warehouse introduced me to a new manufacturer, not far away in Maryland. Yes I spent a few dollars more, but no regrets. Regards, a happy customer.

We went the Marlton, NJ store and had a very good experience. Our Salesman was great. He took the time to have us try several beds and we did the mattress body fit machine. We didnt even bother to shop around. Delivery was fast and very good, we received an email the night before confirming delivery; and 3 phone calls (driver in the morning, a follow up while they were here and an additional follow up after delivery. Delivery team was great, they were quick and took away all trash.

The man who worked here told my husband and me not to get a soft mattress because of "our size." I dont know what he meant by that, but I can only assume he was calling us fat!! We are thinner than most people. Also, he told us most mattresses within our price range couldnt be delivered. Needless to say, we bought our mattress from a store that delivered and didnt call us fat.

Awesome experience !! I went to 2 other locations ( competitors) walked in w a budget .. no high pressure sales ! Didnt try to upsale me ! My salesmen was Wayne - a great guy !! I walked out w a new bed ... a queen w a box spring n new frame - for just under my budget !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - u go here !! These guys are honest n really work w you !! 5 stars !
