The pharmacy staff at Stop & Shop when it was across the highway in Butler were fantastic. The same great employees are still there but unfortunately the pharmacy employees that were formerly of Pathmark now work there and it has become what Pathmark was - a very unpleasant pharmacy experience. Its very sad because I will now be looking for a new pharmacy. I am tired of getting other peoples prescriptions, getting the wrong prescriptions, or getting the right prescriptions in the wrong quantities. This has happened 3 times since Stop & Shop opened in Kinnelon. Edit: yes, eventually the issues were corrected but they shouldnt have happened to begin with.

The woman in charge of the Pharmacy (didnt get her name), is very helpful. One woman who works there was discussing my personal information with me from behind a counter 8 feet away. Very unprofessional. No privacy.

Lousy service. Do not expect ANYTHING to be ready when promised or even to have the right name on it. Go elsewhere.
