Very bad customer service. Had a very bad experience, basically i had two refills for a cream which needs to be applied to my son who is in autism spectrum. The first one which we received was good and we were able apply like any other cream smooth and so on, second one was really bad and when we are trying to apply it was getting hard and we religiously follow same method each and every day. When I try to explain the same and ask them for other refil they were very blunt and did not cater to my request instead ask me to pay . It was so clear that something was not right with the cream and i was really concerned since my son was not getting what he needs ,and I told them that Iwill send the stuff back for them to check but he bluntly refused that he said he cant do anything about it and refused to refill without cost. Its very bad on there part especially when parents in my situation call them and given that what they are already going through.

Our experience has been satisfactory. Theyve been reasonably prompt in filling our prescription, and on one occasion they called our doctor for the prescription. Our prescription is for Vitamin B-12, and weve been satisfied with both quality and timeliness. Weve had a little difficulty getting ahold of them on occasion, but they returned calls when we left messages.
