Seriously these guys need help. I ordered glasses over a month ago, and I still dont have them! Never notified me when they were available for pick up, then when I requested delivery they sent it to the wrong address. People who work at the urban outfitters locations are pushy and lazy at he same time- want the sale but dont follow through. Ill probably be returning out of principle- if I ever actually get the glasses!

One of the worse customer services I have experienced. Glasses took over 2 weeks two shipped after being promised multiple times for shipping within 1-2 days. Even after complaining, shipment was not completed when promised.

I love this store! The worst thing about TB frames is having to choose which one to pick!! Fitting of the lens and shipping to my home was quick, and I couldnt be happier!
