I dont understand what is going on here, whether it is a lack of hiring or training. My first incident was with a pharmacist that had the worst attitude problem and I said to them, "you know what, Ill go elsewhere". So I never went back to this Walgreens, until recently my doctor sent my prescription to this Walgreens again... UGH! But I said maybe it won’t be as bad, so I went this past Sunday and everything went well until I caught up with my friend who was at the front register paying for her stuff. She was being rung up and some elder man was asking about his purchase so there was two things happening at the same time with this one cashier. My friend just sat back and watched, she mentioned the cashier that she did have her card, all of a sudden he started going off saying that, "Thats what I asked you before and you said no!" which wasnt true. He asked her while also trying to speak with the elder man and getting no response with my friend. So after about a minute of the cashiers ranting, I stepped in and said to him, "Relax! It’s not that serious, just ring her up so we can go". So of course I was mad and noticed this other lady ringing up behind us and she was giving the eye. I said, I DONT GET WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! If you cant problem solve or know how to handle situations like this one then ask for help... Where was the manager? If I am right the guy was watching on the sidelines seeing all of this go down and said nothing.

The ONLY reason I give this 5 stars is becuase the Sr. Certified Pharmacy Technician is an absolute complete sweetheart. I forgot his name, but he is a doll and makes my entire trip worthwhile. Customer Service at its best. I got my prescription Tylenol w/Codine and he helped me such much with understanding what the doctor prescribed, the cost...., he rung up my other items....he was just weirdly nice!! its hard to find that. He makes up for the store being a mess, long lines, and a horrible parking lot. He makes it all worthwhile.

I try to avoid this Walgreens as much as possible. The parking lot is always packed and has someone at the door begging for money. The lines are absurdly long inside, and it takes an excessive amount of time just to cash out. I always seem to leave a little more frustrated than when I arrived. They do, however, have the best photo printer of the one-hour print spots in the area. Granted, its still store employees making the prints, but the machine is better than the other stores in the area.

The manager of the store, Maria, is a mediocre person who does not know how to do her job with professionalism. She does not know how to deal with criticism and how to leave her mediocrity at home. She fools the clients of the pharmacy by putting prices that do not go with anything close to what is advertized, so the clients, who most of the time do not check their receipt end up paying more than they would pay anywhere else.

The cashier is still standing while I was putting items on the desk. And these people are totally senseless, have no manners or understanding about half of the things and prohibites a customer from their rights with purchases. They even do not agress with the manufacturers policies. The staff keep talking in their own language which is totally mannerless in public place.

Everytime (unless its 3am) you come here the lines are unbearable. Always a problem with prescriptions, insurance, etc. Hard to believe that a place so busy is SO understaffed. If CVS would grow a brain and open a 24hr store here theyd kill this place. Parking is also an unmitigated DISASTER here. Smh....

IF I could Id give it no stars. Parking lot is a MESS. The staff is super unfriendly! Ive ordered pictures and either they cant find it even with the confirmation info in the email, or they give me the wrong persons pics. Pharmacy dept us a joke. Seriously. Cashiers/help staff if just terrible.

Young staff that doesnt seem to really want to work but place looks organized and clean. Just made a quick stop here. Parking lot is pretty large, thats always a plus. They have a movie rental box at the side by the entrance. In all I really give them a 3 1/2 star rating.

Walgreens is the ONLY drugstore that has everything you are looking for and more unlike the others where most likely youll have to end up going somewhere else to find something that you couldnt find there, you wont go wrong at walgreens I promise you that !

Always long lines, animals have better common sense than the people working here...i had to teach a cashier how to scan a walgreens coupon...is like they just pick anybody off the street and dont give them training of how to use the cash register....

This pharmacy is 24 hours 7 days at week, so is amaizing to get what ever you need anytime you want it!!!!
