I had numerous problems with this CVS pharmacy. 1- Took in two new prescriptions and said I would be waiting. I waited 45 minutes. Finally went up to the desk and I was not put in the waiting bin and there for was not called. Took both prescriptions and had a bad reaction, talked to other CVS pharmacist and they said when they put in BOTH those perscriptions which I had filled AT THE SAME TIME the COUNTERACT screen came up. Never was told that and had to find out too late. 2- Went to pick up a CALLED IN script. Waited on the PICK UP LINE behind 1 person, it took them 30 minutes to take me. The customer in front of me did not have a finished script so the tech stopped everything and help up a line of 5 people to fully fill out a prescription instead of taking the people behind her, and there were 3 other TECHS on hand not including the pharmacist. 3-Picked up a RX and ASKED if it counter acted with another script I was getting at the SAME CVS and Pharmacist did not know she said "um, not sure, I just would just take it an hour later", and answer someone with out a degree could give. I was a pharmacist tech at CVS for 5 years and NEVER have I ever treated customers so rudely as they have any time I ever picked up a script. The pharmacy is non-professional and dimwitted to say the least. If the pharmacist has above a General Education Degree I would be floored. How this CVS is still open perplexes me.

Wow. Id find better service at Guantanamo. It was appalling. The employees are rude and brain dead. The fat ones are the worst. Geez they treat you like youre the scum of the earth. I mean I didnt care, its just a warning in case anyone expected good service. However, this doesnt apply to the pharmacists, because they actually passed second grade (and of course went above and beyond). But yeah, the rest of them are all just deadbeats too stupid to get a real job and too offensive to have any friends.

Avoid this CVS. All the workers are lazy and dont even try to help. I asked where something was, she said check this aisle, didnt even look at me, and continued her convo. Obviously the item wasnt in the aisle she mentioned. They are all there to socialize not work. Than to top it off the cashiers are rude and just stand there, no welcoming personality, blank stare waiting for you to leave. I dont get it, if people dont like what they do, than leave the job. Go anywhere else.

I would NEVER EVER EVER go back here again! The pharmacy staff is unbelievably incompetent! My son was left without medicine for an entire night due to their assumptions! My son needed his nebulizer medicine, now im stuck with nothing because they wont even give back his prescription! They are so not cooperative. Omg this place is horrible! I would never go back here again!

They are very slow nobody really acknowledge that your waiting at the counter for service everybody seem so busy doing nothing but only one person at the counter taking drop offs which makes the line very long I guess you have to have lots of patience are go somewhere else

Laura and her staff are AMAZING! Laura is ALWAYS available to answer all my questions and is on top of everything!! Anthony and Kimberly are as helpful as Laura is!! As long as they are there, I will continue going!!!!

The Pharmacists are kind and helpful with anything. It annoys me theyre always sold out of products every time I go there lol (ex.makeup) but other than that, its a good pharmacy.
