I went in today looking for something that wasnt in stock here or in 3 of the other places Id visited. The girl putting away product asked to help me - they always ask here. She went a step further to include her manager in my search. After quickly confirming nothing in their inventory, they directed me to the closest CVS with stock in this item. Way to go! Ill be back.

I would give a 4 1/2 but never figured out how to do the half stars! I completely disagree with previous reviews and have always found the Mahwah CVS pharmacists to be friendly, obliging, competent and fast paced. It is a busy store and yet they have always managed to fill a prescription within 15 minutes, even at rush hour, pleasantly and competently.

Worst customer service at pharmacy ever. Dude named Keith is rude and clearly he doesnt want to be there. Zero people skills. They should keep a holes like him in the stock room with no chance of customer interaction. Going back to Walgreens.

Drive through is the worst. You always sit there for the longest time. Then when you finally get served your greeted by these unhappy, angry, rude, frustrated staff. Poorly managed.

The guy behind the counter at photo section was so rude.he has no clue about the customer service, He may create serious problems for CVS he is extremely rude with customers.

For CVS, this one is average. Staff is friendly but not the most knowledgeable. Store is clean. Stock is good but it is not my first choice for chain pharmas in the area.

Pharmacy takes FOREVER, whether Im in the store or in the drive thru. They act like I have all day to be there. I especially dont have all day when Im in the drive thru!
