Managers and supervisors lie to customers. Their customer service is a joke and they talk to you in circles. Dishonest managers. Total trash. Dont even waste your time here. The one supervisor didnt like the fact that I said they basically robbed my mother- and hung up on me! Why? Because its the truth and he tries giving me the run around. Seriously? Youre in customer service and you cant even speak correctly and get mad when you fumble your words because you are wrong! The worst. No one knows what theyre doing here.

Generally happy with this CVS, been doing business with them about 7 years now and very satisfied with the lead pharmacist John. Getting all my pain and non pain meds filled here without the normal hassles involved with most drug stores. My only complaint is that this pharmacy used to be open 24 hours and now its not.

Very incompetent & rude staff. It took over a week for them to figure out how to fill my script correctly. Hackettstown or Ledgewood CVS are worth the drive, especially if you cant wait a week for your medications. Good luck.
