One worker huff and puffed when I asked to have him look up something for me. Every time he fat fingered the search ending with no results. On the third and final try it was apparent he was frustrated that I interrupted his personal conversation with friends. I then informed him that he missed a letter resulting in the spelling being incorrect in the search. So in response he took his attitude by smashing the buttons into the keyboard and said see, we dont have it. And that was it. I said thank you Ill check in Princeton instead. And he turned his back to me before I finished my sentence. I had no idea it was an issue to help a customer when at the help desk.

Just called and spoke to someone on the phone to just see if they had a book before I went there boy am I glad I did. As to how they hire the nastiest meanest people for the past 9 years now Ill never know. Best bet is saving your time and going somewhere someone actually wants to help you instead of giving you an attitude and lack of customer service. Maybe instead of training them how to use a register you should train them to use manors. Never getting my business again.

This Barnes and Nobles has always been a pleasant location to visit. The cafe is really good with many options. Unfortunately its not a very vegan friendly Cafe. But it is nice to be able to get a decent coffee while I browse books magazines and other literature. They have a dedicated childrens space which is really well laid out. The kids love it. It is well planned and isolated from the rest of the store.

Very fine staff, they always provide personal help from everything from support and questions on the Nook, to special book orders. The Cafe staff is always helpful, and well trained and the cafe is a gathering space. Only two reservations: the store can get very crowded (especially during the Christmas holidays) and parking out front is somewhat limited, with all of the stores in Brick Plaza.

They charged me $2.75 for a 20 oz. Tea with one tea bag. Wow! They cant even read the instructions on a box of tea One tea bag makes one cup of tea (8 oz.). They shorted me 1.5 tea bags. Epilogue: I met the Vice President of Harney & Sons the Tea Company at the Hotel and Restaurant Convention in NYC. He said you would have to use aleast 2 tea bags.

This Barnes & Noble is a nice location, and this time (as opposed to others), the staff was very helpful. There is a good selection here, and a nice area for seating and getting coffee. I wish it were a bit brighter inside, but for what I usually need (a quick in and out), it definitely fits the bill.

Spoke to a staff member over the phone who sounded frustrated that I had asked him to tell me which exam prep publishers carried for the GMAT. Decided to take the 40 minute drive to the store instead of dealing with his huffing and puffing. Very poor service.

They dont have reading chairs or sitting soffas like other Barnes & Nobles locations I visited b4. The only option available is to head to the Starbucks coffee, which I dont like.

An anachronism. Large selection. High prices. Service is not readily available. Great place if you want to sit, read and drink coffee. But even the coffee is high priced.
