My mother in law goes in because her battery was bad. She bought the new battery and the employee took about a half hour to put it in. He had to get somebody to help him. Sometimes the car would start and other not so I took a look at it and found that not only was the battery hold down not installed but BOTH battery terminals were loose. I went back to see the manager and he stated that the hold down was corroded and when asked about the terminals he stated well they must have just missed them. How do you miss everything? He said was that all? not even a sorry or anything. The guy who did the installation was there and just grunted. I suggest you avoid this place like the plague. Ill take my business elsewhere!

Cars are a PITA to fix. Thats a given that everyone should be aware of. I have received mostly good service in getting the correct part and the parts they have, are of a pretty good quality. Since Im replacing the part myself it NEVER pays to buy cheap. Im already saving on the costliest part - the labor. The counter people could try to be a bit more friendly and customer-centric. Depending on who you talk with, they barely talk and have little in the way of manners. They sometimes act like they are doing me a favor. Ive always treated the counter people with respect and would like a bit in return. Im the one paying for the parts after all!

Came here looking for a specific part, and approached the counter for help. Explained what I needed, an A/C Compressor Clutch Relay. He went back, got the part, and I checked it. Wrong part. He got the A/C Compressor Control Relay. When I tried explaining what I needed, the associate got short with me, saying he cant guarantee the part I needed would work, that there were no returns, etc. I purchased the part I asked for and was on my way. Ill be sure to use another location next time.

Owner/manager couldnt be bothered answering our questions or coming out to the car to see what I was talking about. A customer came out to help us. I left without buying anything and bought thr customer recommended part from another chain ...who were extremely helpful

Fairly busy store. Dont always have parts for my newer model vehicles but great for vehicles three years and older. Depends on make and model. Easy to get fluids, wipers, filters, etc. Can rent tools for car repair. Store employees are helpful.

They seem to have just about anything I have ever needed in stock. Price is OK and there are normally coupons to use for the bigger ticket items. The help at the store is actually helpful.
