Walked into store, stood there for a good three to four minutes. There were three men behind the desk, all on the phone. Even after they were done, they still ignored me standing there, and continued to answer incoming calls instead addressing customer standing right in front of them! They never even acknowledged me at all. Very rude service, would not go there again. Went to their competitor in Wayne instead.

I visited this store today to pick up a hose clamp and cheapo screwdriver. Im sure it was their big sale of day at a whole $3.25! The staff was quite friendly and even went so far as to offer to rinse out a gallon jug and fill it with water for me in case I lost any while changing the clamp. A lot of other places would have tried selling me a $15 jug of antifreeze in that situation.

Convenient spot, which has surprisingly comparable and fair prices for a small local auto parts please in my opinion. The only downside would be as of course you will not find absolutely everything you need as far as secondary items but if you let them know in advance they can get whatever you need
