Their customer service is great. So friendly and helpful. We saw a few longboards in the window and went in to check them out. The kid had to go into the window display and get the boards so we could try them. He did so a couple times and was happy to help even though we were likely being a burden. Very nice of him and it certainly persuaded our decision to buy even more.

bought a hoodie socks and a pair of vans from here.... Lasted all of about 3 days before everything started falling apart... the zipper on the hoodie broke, holes in the socks that were worn 2 times and now my vans are ripping apart that have only been worn 4 times... Thanks guys ...even in the stores its a gamble in AC.
