This place is a Joke. Assistant Manager DAVE haha great customer service there slick. The flooring and blinds department needs to get there stuff together. I have done close to 20k worth of business in last 6 months, went in to get 15 blinds cut, was told please come back in 35 minutes to a hour, I said I would pay for these and then go out to eat with my co-worker, the blinds guy was so busy he said he didnt have time to ring me up just said pay when i get back. SO, while paying this co-worker to work, came back a hour later blinds not done, was asked to come back later. So we went did more shopping came back 2 hours later, still not done, was told to please give me my number and name so they can call me once they are done. I paid a employee to take another drive by this wonderful Seabrook NH store. Guess What?!!! Not done. Waited 4 days NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL!!!!! I went back today, 4 days later and well they had them, buuuuut they ended up "Doing Inventory" and well decided to get rid of the blinds, so they now do not have them. I am a Pro Member, I spend a lot of money and get no service, this place is terrible. So the Assistant Manager haha made me wait 20 minutes before he would come talk with me, when he came out, this guy literally has no customer service, hes terrible. I manage a Hotel on Hampton Beach, and have 5+ years of retail STORE MANAGEMENT experience with multi multi million dollars of revenue each year, and this is not how you talk, nor treat a customer, not an apology, not a we will fix this, not well take money off, not well do what it takes to keep you, the customer happy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I was actually BLAMED!! For not paying for these ahead of time, even though I was told not to because the blinds guy didnt have the time to walk the blinds back to the cutter after purchase haha. I really really wish i could leave a 0 as a feedback Like I said i run a 70 room motel on Hampton Beach, DAVE the ASSISTANT IDIOT told me "Go measure the windows again and bring the measurements back and well do it right for you this time" Now keep in mind I tossed my measurement list and room number list because i wrote it all on the boxes that they THREW OUT. So i have to pay someone to go through 70 rooms and figure it out AGAIN!!!! THANKS HOME DEPOT I might as well pay the extra and go to LOWES they would take care of me and might want the 20,000 I spent in the last 6 months or so. Thanks again guys! You take the horrendous customer service award! Whoo Hoo Rich the STORE MANAGER you should look into the complaints and actually take a look at how this store is run......

Its not the salespeoples fault. They are knowledgeable and helpful, but the management consistently understaffs the Seabrook, NH store, especially after 6 pm. With the billions of dollars the chain of stores earns, it should not be so cheap. I have talked to several salespeople who have indicated in confidence that this is a way for the store manager to keep "his" store earnings appearing high -at the expense of reducing employees hours. Home Dept has knocked out the ability for the "mom and pop" hardware stores to stay in business, but I can tell you, I sure miss the customer service those small retailers provided!

No stars for the rental department. Once again I told them NO on their ridiculous insurance, but they tacked it on anyway, shame on me for being trusting. AND then the young kid working the counter had the nerve to tell me that insurance is required, despite their paperwork that clearly states "optional Damage Protection." No stars for rental department dishonesty.
