I was very much looking forward to the "buy one holiday drink, get one holiday drink free" promotion, however, my mother cannot have coffee or hot chocolate due to medical issues. She can, however, have chai. I explained this to the barista when I called prior to going to the Starbucks, and I was informed that no exceptions would be made. I understand, technically Chai isnt a holiday drink, but other locations make exception when they hear the extinuating circumstances. While it wasnt technically bad service, I wasnt provided true, understanding customer service. I usually dont have a problem with this location, and the baristas are typically kind, but for the remainder of the holiday season, Ill go to a location that I know will treat my mother with more kindness.

So I walked in this morning for my daily caffeine fix, but as soon as I walked in I noticed that the atmosphere didnt feel as welcoming as it used to. It took me a while, but then it hit me! I no longer saw him.... the Bollow!!! A flowing conversation was no longer present with the current Baristas it was just the robotic "Hello how is your day" and "Have a nice day". Its now just an average Starbucks you could say, a very average one. Something about that kid gave color and chemistry between the Baristas, I can feel it, Im pretty sure they can too. The gaze of the Bollow was a flood hazard, if you know what I mean ;). Still It is a shame hes no longer working there.

They say they close at 10:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I walked up there around 10pm and the doors were locked (we tried to open them) and lights were off. There was a barista behind the counter cleaning up, and as we started to walk away since they were obviously closed, she saw us, made eye contact, and ducked down behind the counter. Im not sure why they closed half an hour early but obviously she was trying to be sneaky about it. Over all not impressed with this attitude. This was on 9-12-15 by the way.

The good thing about Starbucks is consistently high quality drinks and polite staff. With few exceptions you can go to any store across the world and have a similar experience. The down side for Starbucks is craft coffee is alive and kicking and there are a number of small one offs or local chains that have taken it to a level Starbucks cant touch. So. If you need a good cupojoe cant go wrong with Starbucks. Want something unique and incredible... Dont just give in to the green sirens song.

Have tried this Starbucks on numerous occasions when I am in town visiting relatives. They cannot ever get my drink right. Despite reading my order back to me exactly as I say it, its always made wrong. Then the staff argues with me about the order! Even second and third tries are incorrect. Its an easy drink,and every other Starbucks can get it on the first try. Will never be back.

All star bucks are newer and kept up very nicely. Usually I go through the drive-thru and am always pleased. I will say I think their lates are a little on the expensive side. I always have to budget my money at starbucks in order for me to not come back everyday and still get a rare occasion to treat myself.

After 6 months of coming intermittently, I think I can safely give this locale a 5 star rating. All in all, one if the most consistent Starbucks I have been to. If something doesnt taste right, they replace it too. That has happened once, and I was made more than whole. Two thumbs way up.

We always have great experaninces at this cozy location. They spark small conversations. Its important to me to get eye contact rather than just saying my total and I get it every time. They even greet my daughter and remember her when we come in. Very happy with their service.

Coffee is pretty much stardard Starbucks. Attitude of the working staff is ok, but slow. This is one of the Starbucks locations that hasnt been renovated yet and the furniture is pretty beat up. Not terribly comfortable atmosphere here at all. Wifi works great!

Excellent service, your Batista Noah Bollow deserves a raise. He gave me the best frappuccino Ive ever had. You guys are a little too expensive but its worth it to me especially with the quality of the coffee.

I love Starbucks. They are generally good with everything, sometimes the lines could be faster in the drive through, though. Im sure this isnt their fault and it isnt a very long wait. Starbucks is Starbucks!

Drive through and dine in were great experiences. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast and organized. We stop here when we are out shopping at Shadow Lake from time to time.

My favorite Starbucks. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Love the app & often feel bad when there are 10 people waiting for there drink and mine is there waiting for me. :-)

Best Starbucks in the metro and I spend time in most of them. Only problem is the drive through gets insane during rush hour and jams up parking.
