Smooth experience thanks to Lashunda Gs expertise and professionalism. I had a priority shipment along with a sizable printing request. She patiently talked me through my options and what would be most efficient financially, and to also achieve the timely delivery. I was contacted same day with my printing order, and away it went with their pick-up. Thank you much!! I will definitely return to this location (7120 Mexico Rd in Saint Peters, MO) if I have a similar service to process.

Horrible service. They are always understaffed and the staff should be trained in customer service 101. I walked in not to hello we will be with you soon. But Im busy so there will be a wait. What is the point of printing something online and prepaying if you have to wait 20 minutes to pick it up, while other things are being printed. Help the customers infront of you. I could have gone in made my files and self printed in less time and less attitude.

Horrible customer service! They told me one thing on the phone, I drove 20 minutes to get there, only to have what I guess was the manager look at me with a smug look and say nope that is not what I told you on the phone. Do not go here. I heard other customers experiencing horrible customer service while I was standing there. Find another location for your printing needs.

Had an email that clearly said a package was being held there. The girl went back to look for it for about 20 seconds and came back and said it wasnt there, then wanted to argue about it for 10 minutes until I had another girl there go back and look for it and found it right away.
