I first went into the Donut Palace when I was just a kid, and the owner would refuse to let me pay for my donut holes. Fast-forward 20 years, and I was driving through my old neighborhood at 31 lol. I came across the owner Frank and told him how I was driving through and reminiscing,he told me to run inside and get a free donut. The long-john and cinnamon twist were delicious....I dont get out to Ellisville much, but when I do, I will be sure to stop into the Donut Palace.

Donut Palace serves some of the best donuts in town, and if you think otherwise I challenge you to try them for yourself. Ive had donuts from across the county, and Donut Palace has by far the highest quality. In the morning before school hours they even pre-package bags of donuts holes for students to eat on their way to the local high schools. The icing on the cake is definitely the extremely friendly and helpful staff inside.

some of the best donuts in all of St Louis are made here. If you want some though you need to show up early. The long johns are my favorite. There is seating inside and you can call ahead orders if you are getting a dozen or more. Call a day early for ahead orders and you will have fresh donuts ready for you when you show up!

The Donut Palace is a great family-owned business with heart. The Long Johns cant be beat and the service is always fast and friendly. Also notable is that they arent just donuts anymore. They take special orders of all kinds for cookies and treats for special occasions. Hand-crafted and made to order!

Best traditional doughnut place in St. Louis. The old fashions are killer. If you want super fancy (a.k.a. expensive) Vincent Van Doughnut in Clayton is your choice. If you want traditional doughtnuts, this place is the best around. They have good coffee too.
