Let me tell you something, the Arnold Starbucks employees are AMAZING! I bought my usual order at the Lindbergh and Lemay Ferry location (I was closer to them than Arnold at the time). Got my drink from the drive thru: bitter, awful, tasted like death. Went inside, asked them to remake it, told them what was wrong, comes back with a new drink and IT TASTES EXACTLY THE SAME. I drive down to the Arnold Starbucks to order a new drink, and the barista gives it to me for FREE. I told her no, I would pay for it, I didnt buy it from them, but she insisted. And guess what? My drink tasted AMAZING, as usual. Im done giving Lindbergh and Lemay chances, I will officially go out of my way every time now to go to Arnold. They are extremely friendly, know me by name, and make my drink perfect every time!

Well I work for Terminix and we provide a preventive services for Starbucks but regardless today Im a customer rather I have my uniform on are not these people here are the best. Matterfact s5arbucks could teach the world something I dont know what Starbucks teach Thier employees but whatever it is the world needs it . I use not be a fan of startbucks cause Im old school thought thats a lot of money for coffee but now I feel like Im at a big family home when I come into the door even if I drive past a Starbucks any where I be like awww theres my peoples

When someone orders light ice in a tea, that doesnt mean you just fill it with extra water to take up room. My $5 tea is completely diluted down...tastes awful. First Starbucks to ever screw up my very simple drink order. And why in the world would you put pre order drinks at the cash register? No other Starbucks does that. They should be in the very front of the store like everyone else does. I shouldnt have to wait in the cash register line for my drink. Thats the whole purpose of pre-ordering it before I get there. Who manages this location?!

Good customer service. Good menu options. I appreciate being able to order through the app & come right in & pick it up. Good bathrooms, lol. Nice long table if you are having a meeting. Little bar to sit at, good seating options indoor & out. Drive thru. Parking can be interesting, but it is available to the side of the store & in front

I like this Starbucks, the staff is efficient and accommodating. There is not much room if you want to stay and drink your coffee. This is made more difficult because a Starbucks employee routinely has their laptop, drink and products monopolizing one or two tables. Otherwise it is a pleasant experience.

As a chain, Starbucks is known for its comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, but spending time here in the winter has proven to be a pretty unpleasant experience. With the drive-through window constantly open, the inside of this place is freezing.

They do not know how to make a proper decaf-hazelnut coffee. If you order one of the typical coffees youre gonna be pleased, but unless you want plain black decaf, this is not a place to go if you want good decaf coffee.

Coffee is delicious and staff friendly, however the wait was very long even for getting coffee in the morning. Also they forgot to warm the banana bread. However that is most likely because they were very busy.

I cant get enough of this location. Staff is wonderful. I usually never have to wait long! They make you feel like your dropping by a friends house to catch up and chat, not just order coffee, pay, and leave

This store is disgusting. The pumps that they keep their chai in they dont actually clean before refilling. So many health code violations. They drink their personal drinks while making yours. Disgusting.

Of course the coffee is the best... but they overcharge you when you ask for a drink that isnt on the menu. Although it has the same ingredients as others. Its really weird.

Im an everyday visitor. Some of the baristas know me and are friendly and welcoming. If an order is ever wrong (which is rare), it is fixed immediately. Great espresso!
