I love the store and the products they carry, but the customer service is pretty poor. I havent ever encountered a friendly cashier here, and I called just now to ask about a particular product I need and received a rude response to my question from what sounded like a manager. This location is the nearest Hobby Lobby to me, but still a good ways away from my home. I understand the "get out and look yourself" attitude to some extent, but I dont think its too entitled for me to call with a question before I make a trip and spend money at your store.

Great Store with nice stuff, but absolutely horrible service. Went to the store twice for a particular item. No one would help me find what i was looking for. Called the store on another occasion to check if they had a product in stock and i was told by the person that answered the phone that she didnt have time to check because she was busy with a customer. I asked to be transferred to some one else who could help me and she said no!

I LOVE Hobby Lobby, I am a multi crafter, crocheting, cross stitch, jewelry design, drawing, painting, and flower arranging, they have it all!! Everything I need and then some, and everyone at the store is wonderful! Very nice and polite. I am so happy they put a Hobby Lobby in Columbus, MS.!!!!

Great crafts supplies and decorations! And the year-round coupon of 40% off one item is awesome. (The coupon code changes daily and you can get it on their website, but most cashiers will punch in the code if you ask for the discount.)

Great shop though prices are a bit high, great for getting last minute cosplay supplies especially for hard to find craft items you cant get in starkville.
