I love this store due mainly to the friendly owners and the selection. Most times I stop in I see either Gerry or Jerry, and I like being able to speak directly with the owners. Lowertown is a great neighborhood in St Paul, and the Light Rail project has the area a bit torn up right now. But the section that was torn up in front of their store is back together now, and the free parking across the street is again available. I look forward to the day when I can take the train from right in front of their store.

ZERO STARS. Would subtract some if I could. After shopping there for years, on my last visit the jerk who runs this place towed my vehicle because I parked longer than he thought I should. Screwing over good customers is a lousy business plan.

Staying at a hotel downtown St. Paul and the concierge suggested this store. They gave me an amazing suggestion for a great wine and it was delivered within 20 minutes. AMAZING... way better than room service!

The only thing better than their service is free liquor! The prices compete with all of the competition and put most of them to shame. The selection is carefully thought out and covers all the bases.
