Went in to buy a Gamecube controller and was greeted by a friendly clerk at the desk. Purchase went by smoothly and he was kind and cheery. I was dismayed to see they only had 2 controllers in stock that you could see (not sure if they had any in the back). Went back two days later since the third party controller had an analog stick not work, and I was promised that I could exchange it in store without a hitch when I called in earlier THAT DAY. This clerk was noticeably rude and frustrated (not the same one as my first visit, and perhaps not even who I called), and complained that he hadnt gotten a complaint in 5 years of selling these controllers. Left without a controller, and just a cash return since they had no more gamecube controllers. Overall, poor customer service with an employee and running out of stock of a controller (only saw two on shelf, was that the entire inventory of the store?). Most likely will not return and will have a much better experience just buying it off Amazon. Probably should get some official Nintendo controllers, which might be a bit more expensive, but certainly would be worth the money.

They sold me a broken game it was brand new and then refused to do anything about it. I wasnt happy and went to gamestop. I then wrote a review on the store and the owner tracked my google plus account and was anger I wrote a bad review and demanded that I change it since it lowered his rating. I was highly creeped out that he went to that length to find me and yell at me for making his business look bad. I wouldnt go to this place again if the owner is that petty. I rather go to game stop any day they where helpful and great to talk to and where more then happy to give me my money back after i bought a game and it wasnt the one i wanted. i edited this review after the owner tracked me down and told me to get rid of my review. I would give it zero if I could

Love the shakopee store the guy I always see Im guessing the one of two owners that is always at that one is super cool and fun to talk to. The shorter guy that seems to run the other store is rude and I wish they were run separately so when I spend money it wouldnt go to him. I am a loyalty member with there yearly card which is awesome simply for resurfacing. But my monthly browse of both store the Chaska store guy I will walk out if I enter and hes working again.

Ive bought a couple thousand dollars worth of product for my business and several more thousand in a few year period for personal use. 99% of the time I had great service, owners are really nice and easy going. Defiantly recommend these guys over any other game store in shakopee.

Bought an N64 with one controller for $40, 30 day warranty/ return policy on these items and so far they have worked flawlessly. Also bought Goldeneye 007 for the system in which they price matched with ebay for me. Plan to reutrn again for retro gaming purchases in the future.

Im a 13yo and that place is awesome I ? Do you have a Nintendo GameCube adapter I got a mayflash and I dont like it anymore because I was hoping to be able to play brawl and n64 vc games and I couldnt plz do u have a official Nintendo one plz

Id give you 0 stars if I could Youre flashing open sign says your open and so does your store hours sign on the front door but the door is locked? My kids (4 and 7) really wanted to look at your store.

Highscore games is a great place to get the best costumer service. Even if you dont find something you like or the other way around youll have a great time there. Keep up the great work

A very interesting Store. They have a great selection of games and the way its arranged is really interesting. Each product is arranged carefully on the shelf one by one.

Been going there ever since 2011 and they have great selection of games and such they even sell games that i grew up playing such as Atari and n64 love this place
