Well after MANY attempts to give this place a break over many yrs. I am DONE, and will NEVER step foot in there again. Last straw occurred. Dont bother to order online for "Rapid pick up" or whatever they call it. You think since you order in AM and PAY for it with credit card your order will be there at the time you specify...HA NOT. Wed ordered in am, pretty big order for an annual event. Got there 15min before my specified pick up time, it wasnt ready, np..I will wait, I was early. When cashier let them know I was there, they walked over a few minutes later and said..Oh...well we dont have any bagels left. (mind you its 2:30 in afternoon, they are open till 9pm) AND I ORDERED and PAID for in the AM. Not only did they not have my bagels they had NONE. Not one. Manager says, huh I marked them out of stock around 10am..I dont know why the system let you order..HUH..Well we dont have any bagels, so Do ya want some bakery items..? ARE you kiddening me?? I get these every yr for an annual event, and I paid for this hrs ago. Why is a bagel shop out of bagels at 10am?? WTH. to boot its 5 days later and my money still tied up. They have always been out of my fav bagels EARLY, so i thought..ok, this way I will be for sure to get what i want. Been this way for yrs but this took the cake. ALL DONE.

Came here early for a business meeting, generally a nice atmosphere. Sometimes it becomes really loud and chaotic when you have other peoples food buzzers going off, the ice machine, names called out and just overall RUSHED feeling. Too make matters even better they cut out your wifi at their BUSY hour so you get out the door. Not the same Panera I use to come to visit and enjoy. The service was quick as normal, though they got my order incorrect i usually have the bread bowl with chips and they gave me an apple which is fine may be a healthier alternative. So when my meeting started I couldnt launch my presentation which my colleagues. We proceeded next door to Caribou Coffee, great quiet atmosphere and unlimited wifi!

I always order the same exact thing, but I always go to the Vadnais Heights location... today I was near this one so I figured, whats the difference? My salad had so much brown or wilting greens that I was too grossed out to eat it after I picked out the worst pieces... so I threw away a $9.00 salad!! Smoothie was great, staff was friendly. I guess it is like McDonalds, where I need to visually inspect my to go order before I drive away... Just disappointed and still hungry! Also, called the store, pressed the option to speak to staff and it sent me to a fax machine sound... thanks guys!! Way to add insult to injury!! At least the dog seemed to enjoy the sprouted grain roll!!

Ate here with my wife using the kiosks. We had an issue with our gift card from xmas. We luckily had a lesser value card and covered the remaining balance on our debit card. I tried calling both toll free numbers for the card customer service and were unable to get an operator. Talking to Russ (manager) and Jerry (manager) about our card. They were able to help troubleshoot the issue, identify transactions which were not stores in our area. Jerry apologised for the trouble and provided vouchers which generously made up for the trouble and lost $. Jerry was super friendly and we both hope he has a great time with his grandchild. Made advocates for the Panera brand out of us.

Visiting on a Monday evening. No waiting, but used the Fast Lane Kiosk just to play with it. Took a minute to figure out but once I knew what I was doing it was simple and easy. Customizing my bagel to be cut and toasted was neat. Gave me more butter than asked for but I under estimated my needs so it was appreciated. Buzzer went off and my order was waiting. Manager guy wandered by tidying up the place and asked if we were enjoying the holiday. Couldnt figure it out at first but then realized 4/4/16 is a square root day!

On our way to Duluth.. Was going to go to caribou next door, and the woman saw me standing in the cold and turned away.. Walked into Panera and what wonderful service we experienced with Don and Savannah. Don was so personable, and heard our story and need of hurry. Offered great suggestions and went out of his was to provide excellent customer service so early in the morning. Savannah was prompt and you could tell her and Don made a good team. Thank you for being awesome!!!

I always come here & have no problem. Today was disgusting. I order a sandwich which was a steak sandwich, my bread bloody, and I had hair in my soup. I took it to the manager and he said the soup came like that, I left feeling like he didnt believe me, and because Iam a person of color (brown) I felt like he thought I was trying to score a free meal. So if you want bloody sandwiches & hairy soup please come here!!!

Meals are mostly correct. Avocado tends to be hit or miss for salads. Not any better than any other Panera. Does have self-service kiosks for ordering, which is handy considering I need to make a decent amount of adjustments to my food (vegan - so keeping track of a list of every ingredient is difficult otherwise).

A Private User

I usually love this place. I went here for lunch today and was pretty disappointed in the food. I ordered a sandwich and it wasnt warm. I ate half of it and threw it away because they were too busy and I didnt want to wait in line to get another one. I realize things happen but I was let down.

The drive thru service is convenient, though a little slow. My Mediterranean veggie sandwich was missing the red onion and had little of the sandwich spread inside. Friendly staff at the window.

The food was amazing, but so expensive. The bread is really good! Staff was great; they were super patient when I forgot my money in my car and couldnt decide what to order.

Ordered a Strawberry Chicken poppyseed salad, and had to pick out almost half the lettuce as it started to go bad. I have had better food at other times.

Ive enjoyed this restaurant since 2006. Even more so now with Rapid Pick-up . The atmosphere is always friendly.
