My overall experience was heinous. I generally look for the good in people and companies but it is very hard when the only compliment I can honestly give is that the receptionist was kind and intelligent. My stylist was sneaky, openly admitted to sleeping all day and being exhausted (I think she was hungover), ill mannered, didnt seem to know what she was doing with a blow dryer and brush, and charged me extra as she waited by the receptionists desk proceeding to ask for a tip when I was going to give one anyway because IN A WAY, she provided a service. I will not be returning to this location. Go to the Fantastic Sams on Ellsworth if you want a quality job and noteworthy service. I am disappointed.

I got a cut a blow out by Nicole. My hair has been neglected for a few years. She was nice, relaxed and not the least bit judgmental of my grey roots and shotty upkeep. She suggested a great heat protector that I ended up buying not because she was pushy in any way, but instead because it was a great quality product. I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Nicole!

Very good and priced great. I got highlights and they turned out great it was $100. for three color full set and blow dry thats a good deal. I really like the way it turned out, they were nice and offered me a drink several times.
