Universal is a pretty typical suburban mall, traffic around it can be a challenge but parking is bountiful. The anchor stores are Macys, Sears, and JCPenny which are pretty typical for each brand. The array of normal stores has a reasonable variety. Downsides are that there are too many vendors in the common areas and it would be slightly challenging for the disable, as there is a split level in the back and Macys is four levels, elevators can be hard to find.

I grew up around there when I was young it was a true mall all stores under one structure now they are separated stores on the same property when it rained you were able to go store to store out of the weather now you get soaked or have to wait till weather subsides before you try to go to another store

Universal Mall was once great, became and dump, and is now risen from the ashes. Great stores like target and Kroger keep me coming back and the addition of the new MJR theater will be a great improvement.

There is nothing like a brand new anything to have a good time, leather reclining seats, foot room, clean bathrooms and polite Ushers are everything needed to have a great night at the movie theater.

Theyre really working hard to fill this plaza up with nice new places and keeping it clean. Its very safe to walk around in and the lot is very spacious. I enjoy visiting this plaza.

This place was huge! Had some great stores, I would recommend trying some of the less recognizable brands, they seemed to have better stuff than some expensive brands

This was once a traditional shopping mall now its a strip mall. However there is a nice selection of places to shop and eat, with a movie theatre.
