Best thing to happen to Traverse City since Perry Hanna.... About time the "other" stores got some competition. I read the milk codes and the milk is bottled at Prairie Farms in Grand Rapids or Battle Creek. The same exact milk sold at our local "grocery stores" for $3.99/gallon is .75 cents. Still picking through the store and learning, but so far its great.

Store often feels oddly put together and sometimes poorly stocked. The floor needs to be swept every time I go inside. The cashiers do some weird race to the finish when checking customers out. I do not enjoy my groceries being smacked about because they want to save 0.02 seconds on their scan speed.

They do a great job with hiring their cashiers/stockers. Even when they are slammed, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The product is always well stocked and quality wise, its equivalent to brand name or Meijer brand. I can walk out of there with a weeks worth of grocery less than 70 bucks.

Great for veggies and dry goods. Im unsure on their meat, but I dont eat as much of that anyway. Aldi overall is a great place to stock up. The check out can get backed up, so dont be in a huge rush.

Good location. Mostly off-brand food and goods, but still good quality. Very convenient. Saves us a lot of cash when grocery shopping. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the shopping cart!
