I like that I can see a new film and have some space between me and the audience. I LOVE THE PRICE. I like the older screens and seating. Staff are friendly and allowed me take in fruit to eat because of my health issues. The other place wont let me do that. Since new ownership they cleaned up the place (like cleaned the old nasty floors) and fixed things that were broken 5-7 yrs ago like a broken arm rest he rusty sink fixtures ect ect. Someone came in (new owners?) and fixed all the things Id have fixed myself. So it shows me they (the new owners) care about the place and want people like me to continue to come to a place that feels like HOME. Keep up the good work and Ill keep showing up here.

The Vapor Store has less stock than the store in old town Saginaw. The employees at this store are unhelpful and lazy. All they want to do is hang out. They arent interested in selling you a product. Often times they are just chatting with their friends and act like youre interrupting them by want to buy something. When they do help you its not 100% because theyre distracted by their friends. They certainly dont treat it like a business. The old town Saginaw location is fine. This one located in the Fashion Square mall is terrible. Terrible employees, frequently under stocked. Do yourself a favor and either shop at the other Saginaw location or a different location entirely.

I went to smart fix to fix my cracked iPhone 5c. It was the second time my phone broke and I was charged 75 dollars. They shoved a screwdriver into my phone and broke the pins off my charging panel that make my home button work. Therefore my button doesnt work when I press it. Recently I went in there because I broke it again and the woman on the phone told me she would fix it for 40 dollars because they ruined my home button. I went in to fix it and they continuously told me they would only fix it for 80 dollars after they just broke my phone. Dont go here.

Have bought all their products I could whenever they were in stock. They said to keep checking back to see if the had any liquid for close to 2 months. They have sold me wrong coils and would not allow a return. The final straw was after buying a $60 unit and 12 days later unit stopped working. Unit is warranted from Kanger Tech for 30 days but they can not help me. I have gotten so much bad advice and service. Never step foot in there again.

Went to the coffee shop two days ago to meet for business (everyone else was out of power), and the coffee was great. The people venturing the mall and the failing stores itself was difficult to see. I would love to see the community thrive, and believe that it will come back. At this moment in time, when I went there at 10:30 am, it seemed underwhelming.

I believe they are pricing the rent too high their pricing themselves out of stores its sad because half of the mall is empty not like it was when I was growing up and sooner or later Im afraid our Mall will close and then a large building will sit there completely empty. On top of that the parking lot needs a lot of work.

There were a couple of stores that had closed, that I wasnt aware of. I went to go to Macys at a little after 8 pm and they had already shut the doors on the inside of the mall. The mall doesnt close until 9 pm, we were not happy. We really needed to finish her school clothes shopping.

Its fine, but kind of dying, like all malls. Plus being in Saginaw it was a bit sketchy, so you always wonder whether youre gonna get shot up or not. We had an ok experience and wed come back, but not make a special drive just for this mall or anything.

I enjoy being in a mall that doesnt have teenagers that hang out for something to do . The stores are clean and most employees are friendly . Its easy to find and the food court is a good place to eat and take a break from shopping .

The mall is great!!! But went to the vapor house 2/6/16 around 7ish with one other couple already in there and we waited for over 20mins without the person even acknowledging us, nothing, not a "Ill be with you shortly" or anything!

Not the mall it used to be ten years ago, but the same can be said for just about every mall across the country. Still some good shops, always very clean. Not a bad place to go by any means, but not a place to hang out at either.

Good mall good stores. Bathrooms need to be cleaner and remodeled and please enough of the oldies music from the 50s and 60s!! It doesnt help make for a fun shopping experience. Play more top 40 music from the 90s and 2000s.

They have every kind of store you could ever need. Good parking and easy access to stores. Employees go above and beyond their job duties to help you find the right store. Clean bathrooms and plenty of handicapped parking.

Used to be a very attractive little mall! No more PacSun & theres now a Panda Express drivethrough, so I no longer have a reason to go here. LOL. Department stores dont seem to last here, big or small names!

Small but great mall. Theres a little mini train for the kids that gives rides through the mall. The dude driving the mini train did a great job. Kids enjoyed the train ride. Clean and well kept mall.

Not many stores inside anymore and the stores that are there the merchandise is way overpriced you can find the same things online at the same stores for better prices with more online coupon codes.

Has a few decent shops, however, the activities availabe to you are very lackluster and their food court is extremely lacking, they cant seem to keep new businesses for longer than a few months.

Store selection is pretty good. Food Court is moderately clean at best with some of the worst humans possible serving food. Beyond that, its an ok spot! Plus hey, they have an H&M now.

Bad management. The thermostats and just about everything there are run from Texas. Saginaw wants local businesses like Zitoon!! The food court and JC Penny keep the place open.

Typical Mall. Thankful that the mall is adding popular stores. H&M recently became apart of Fashion Square. I wish Macys was as appealing and offered as much as other stores.

Its actually a pretty good mall. Wish their food court would be better and theyd bring in a couple of more known stores. The addition of H&M is great! More like it please!
