I unfortunately have to give this place 1 star instead of zero. Keep in mind every other Tim Hortons Ive been to has been excelent. However, this is not the case with this location. I yet to have my order be correct. Seriously, my order has never been correct. Ive tried going back to give them a 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th try but to no avail, my orders are incorrect. The worse experience was back in December of 2013 when I ordered a sandwich. Come to find out, they had none of the ingredients to make it. They asked if I could wait an hour for more chicken to be made and unfortunately I was on my way to work so naturally I could not. To top it off I couldnt even get a refund because the girl at the counter couldnt do refunds and she needed a manager. I understand that part, its not her fault she cant give refunds. I get it. What I dont get was why there wasnt a manager there that could. What the cashier DID do was apologize and write her managers name and number on my receipt to come back in later to get my refund. Okay, thats reasonable. She did the best she could under those circumstances. Well I tried going back at LEAST 4 times and there was never a manager there. Different times of the day and still no manager to give me my refund. I contacted corporate and they gave me the run around of "Oh, well look into this matter and well get back to you." July. Still no answer from corporate, still no refund for the sandwich I paid for and never got to eat. Ridiculous. Tim Hortons really needs to get their act together at this location as far as training people to make orders correctly and have managers available. I understand human error and making a mistake happens, Ive worked in the food industry. What I do NOT understand is how I have to lower my expectations when going into a place knowing that my order will be wrong. Every. Time. Its sad that I have to drive right past this location and go ALL the way out to the Grand Haven location just to get Tim Hortons.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick coffee/late while we were out shopping for a new couch. This was our fist and last stop to ANY Tim Hortons. We ordered 2 different types lates - the whole place was empty yet it took like 10 minutes for our Lates to be made. Lets talk about how the lates were made for a second. I was assuming with the commercials Ive seen about how Tim hortons is supposed to have great coffee/brekfest stuffs - you could think its going to be a real late. WRONG! When I walked up to see what was taking so long - they were replacing the POWDER BAG... in their Wesco gas station instant late machine... When we finally got them, close to 15 minutes later - they were so hot - that when it finally cooled off enough to sip - tasted like scalded milk/cream - burned coffee and the caramel cause had an alcoholic aroma. You would expect a $4 medium Late to NOT be the same thing as a 99c late at a gas station. Surprisingly the gas station lates are better! I live up the street from the north muskegon Brooklyn bagels - and while I dont care for the owner that much - their offerings are always enough to satisfy. When you order a coffee based drink - its made by hand, not by dropping a cup and pushing a button. 0 out of 10 Ill never be back and I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars... What a joke, thanks Canada =p

We come to Tim Hortons every single day we love the coffee and staff but 1 occasionally we get a girl I think her name is Cassandra short young girl dark hair and we get a cold beverage she always forgets the straw and when we ask her for one she gives us a dirty look with attitude!!! We look forward to coming and seeing our peppy happy girls that are always happy to serve us we are so disappointed when we see her!!! Please Hunny if you dont like working with or helping people find somewhere else to work.....your poor attitude sucks!!!!

Service and decor are great. Both times that I have had a doughnut here they were fairly under cooked and chewy. Also if you are an IT guy they block VPN connections making it impossible to browse securely while using the "free" WiFi. Makes it useless to me. Coffee isnt too bad.

Never a good experience. Either the food is wrong, or they over charge you, as if $3 for a 16oz coffee isnt bad enough. SMH Like previous reviews, they do very little to make it right. Save your money!!

I am from Canada Ontario, when I need a pick me up I go to Tims, this is my home away from home. Friendly staff, clean environment. I always love my visits to Tim Hortons.

They dont have vanilla sprinkle or boston cream. Were even out of maple glaze. The iced capps are watered down. This is one of the worst tim hortons Ive ever been too.

Only ordered a pre packaged quart of ice cream and an iced cappacino for my wife. The iced cappacino tasted like water with caramel sauce
