Dazzle is the best!! Top knotch service in everyway. Communication was always fast and friendly. Initially there was a delay caused by my payment info not going thru and would have caused the shipment not to reach me by desired time. However they went above and beyond and found a way to get the job finished and shipped out in time!! I was very impressed!! Print quality was incredible, I was very happy with the paper choices they offered which were more preferable than what was offered by some of the other big name online printers out there) - between being able to print on the type of paper I wanted (cost less than comparable options at other printers and was the PERFECT choice!!) and their already unbeatable prices, I ended up with fast beautiful prints at the best price!! Very happy with every aspect of their service, they are definitely my new source for any printing needs!! Will recommend them highly.

My daughter is the Editor-in-Chief for her high school literary magazine, and due to lack of budget, she had to fund the printing of the magazine herself. Not only does Dazzle Printing offer affordable options, but the service and quality that they provided were both outstanding. We worked with Renee Benson, Customer Service Manager directly, and she answered our questions and delivered the magazine in a timely manner. The Apex High faculty members and students who have purchased the magazine have been quite amazed, and one student submitted a print order for her own project to Dazzle Printing the day after she bought the literary magazine because she was so impressed. So, thank you Dazzle... you’ve made a lot of young, aspiring writers happy! We will definitely use Dazzle Printing again, and we will recommend Dazzle every chance we get.

Amazing first time experience. The customer service and entire production was so hands on, I was able to communicate directly with Renee AND Dennis (who takes care of tech I believe) they let us know what to fix in the future before we sent it to them and they were even able to speed up production so that it would arrive on time for our launch party event. Everything came on time and looked spectacular, the soft touch lamination over the cover was such a nice addition. Overall just a fantastic experience, and will absolutely be in business with again. i am an illustrator and indie-comics guy and I have been disappointed with printers in the past. But not Dazzle. These folks helped me set up my files, sent me a fast proof, made my edits for me when I needed changes, and still met my right turnaround time. And I cant tell you how excited I was when I saw the finished product. These books look professional, polished and slick. Ill be back to order more when its time to restock and Ill be using them for all future books as well.

Wow, I am so pleased with my experience with Dazzle Printing. It was my first time using them and I will certainly use them again. I had yearbooks printed for my 6th graders and the quality of the soft cover books was wonderful, on-line assistance was great and the turnover time was extraordinary. Quick and smooth response and service. Thoroughly satisfied. The only thing I didnt like was that the company informed me when the job was done but not when it was shipped nor did I get a tracking number like most companies supplied. It would have been a nice to be able to track and know when my order would arrive. But that is about my only complaint.
