I usually go to the Ace Hardware in Frandor about once a month as it is near my work. The employees are great and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. However, today, I went in, and a homeless looking almost shirtless man was following me around the aisles. I say "almost shirtless" because although he had a button down shirt on, all the buttons were undone except for one, and he looked like a cirrhotic version of Fabio. He came up to me and started chatting/flirting with me and then he PET MY HAIR. As a younger female shopping alone, this made me extremely uncomfortable. I scurried away as fast as I could without looking like I was trying to get away from him, but I should not have to be watching my back while I shop, anywhere. Unfortunately, I doubt I will come back here solely due to the location of this store.

I was there to get two different colors matched from previous paint. One went good then other clerk jumped in and mixed her customers paint before my clerk was finished. She then proceeded to read the instructions to her instead of mixing my paint. I waited six minutes just to get waited on in the first place.

I was aggressively questioned by an Ace employee named Evelyn, about a return on a repaired item. This is after an employee agreed that the repair was not done correctly by Ace. Id love to support this local business, but sadly will never return. The level of rudeness was impressive!
