I was told they need 48 hour notice when ordering a cake. Today I went in to the store to order a cake for Sunday. They refused to take my business and said they were no longer accepting cake orders for Sunday. When I asked them to give me a suggestion on where I can order a cake, her answer was Costco!!!!! I found it interesting that this Saturday is small business Saturday and they are refusing customers and telling them to go to a big chain store. I was super disappointed because we were going to try their cakes for the 1st time. They just lost a local customer. We wont be going back.

The doughnuts are amazing but the owner always seems mad/unhappy. The whole experience would be changed if she smiled at customers or seemed happy to see them instead of bothered by them. The name Sprinkles is a happy name and its kind of a downer going in when shes working the counter. I hope she finds some happy in her life soon. Shes got a great little business and were happy to have them in Hudsonville!

Love, love, love this place! Hands down the best donuts EVER. I grew up on the other donut place in Wyoming (the one that starts with an M). I was pleasantly surprise on the fantastic flavor and quality of Sprinkles. Everyone there always seems to be having a great day. If youre ever in the mood for a chocolaty treat, try the Devil Dog, you wont be disappointed. PLUS their prices are the best in town.

I get donuts for co-worker here every Saturday. They are awesome...great donuts great prices...last week we had a cake made & it was amazing. My daughter wanted a "shopkins" cake...she was in awe when she saw it...keep up the good work!!!!

They make the best cakes hear,. They can fully customized your cake to just about anything you want. Everything from super fancy wedding cakes to party cakes made to look like Minecraft characters. And they taste fantastic too.
