The clothing and accessories were nice, as well as most shoes. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help the entire time I was in the store. I was just started at and closely monitored as if I was going to shoplift, yet I never walked around with anything in my hands except for my purse. While I was in there though, she did greet other customers that entered and informed them about a sale that was going on. I walked past her many times, one of those times I went to smile at her and she just looked me up and down. I did find a pair of nice shoes I was interested in buying but because of the way I felt I was treated, I instead chose to walk out. All customers should be greeted at some point during their visit. I will most likely not be coming back again.

Ive been going here for a number of years, both to buy and sell. The owner and staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The way they organize and display everything is top notch, and the selection and prices are great. I dont feel judged if they refuse clothing that I thought was perfectly fine because they know what sells best, which ends up being good for everyone! Two thumbs up. This place is worth going out of your way to visit.

Fantastic service, great value! I have bought and sold clothes here for 3 years. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to dress like they shop at high-end stores without the high-end prices. The women that own the store are friendly, professional, and helpful. I have taken things in to be sold and trust their judgment as to what will sell and what wont. I love this store! Such a treasure to downtown Howell!

I have visted many second hand shops, and thought I would try Le Boutique. I recently took in a few items to sell. WOW! From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I mattered.. they had superb customer service!!!! Store is very clean, the staff is delightful, and I could have not had a better first time experience here.

Dont waste a trip! I brought in brand new and slightly used stylish clothes and they refused them. While I was waiting for them to go through my designer, name brand clothes I shopped around the store and found that the stuff they were selling wasnt as nice as the stuff I brought in! WHATEVER!

Granted, you cant take away the quality of the clothing, however it depends if you want to deal with rude customer service. Take your consignments else where!
