I went to Spa Naturelle to use my gift certificate. First the receptionist introduced herself and the people around her, rarely done in any salon. Second, they gave me a tour of the whole place. Third, explained what every spot was for ie. pedicure, massage, facials. The boutique is awesome. They let me know where they get their stock from and also explained the natural products they use and carry. The facialist uses products made in Royal Oak. The owner, Cheryl, did my pedicure and shellac. I loved my color and the explanations of how and why they use products they do. The place was very clean. Very organized. It has a warm yet chic feel that is not snobby at all. You feel that they are professional, believe in the products they use and sell. They care about the customer all the way through your appointment. Will definitely go back.

What can you say about a Spa that meets all your needs !! You say... The staff is the sweetest and goes over and above to make sure each and every visit is relaxing and enjoyable. The boutique is ever changing an filled with incredible treasures. I have a standing appointment with Cheryl for my nails and pedicures every week, and have also enjoyed the Massage services with Amanda...(let me tell you ...it is the best and most relaxing massage Ive ever had ). I recommend this as a weekly treat to anyone that loves to be pampered !! 5 stars in my eyes is not enough for all the enjoyment that Spa Natural provides me on a weekly basis.

I have been a costumer of this lovely boutique for over year and just love it!! I love how they dont use a dremel tool on my nails and hand file. My nails always look amazing. Cheryl always is up to date with the latest colors and techniques too! I have been getting massages from Amanda and she is a miracle worker!!! The whole staff is just great! They pitch in to help each other out and it is a very positive environment. They also carry a line of clothing and handbags. Always something cute to find!! Go check them out!!

This is the most amazing spa I have ever been too. If you are planning to have a relaxation day or need to get your hair, nails, toes, or anything done dont second guess it and go here. It is worth every penny of the fairly priced services. My favorite spa of all time. It is extremely clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, the staff is top quality and professional, and their products are the best of the best. They do not cut corners and always make sure you leave the happiest you could ever be.

This spa was fantastic.. My daughter and I decided at the last minute that we wanted to get mani/pedis together.. Spa Naturelle made sure to squeeze us into their busy schedule.. Not only were the manicures and pedicures absolutely gorgeous ( my daughter got fiberglass nails and I got shellac) but the staff was warm and friendly. It was more like walking into a family gathering than a business. I will definitely be going back. In fact, I made myself a massage appointment for next week!:)

I had never been here before, and I loved that everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They also offer text message reminders for appointments, so there is nothing to remember and no card to loose. I got my nails done with Shellac, and my nails look beautiful. They also offer hair styling, massages, and skin treatments. Im hoping to get my hair done the next time I go back. :)

I have had nothing but incredible experiences at Spa Naturelle. The atmosphere is so welcoming and caring. They do anything they can to accommodate their clients. If youre looking to have a massage done I would recommend Trista! It was one of, if not the best, massages Ive ever had. I cannot wait to get back in with her!

I just started going here and its my favorite salon ive ever been to. Everybody is friendly and does a great job at what they do. My hair dresser, Tiffany, does an AMAZING job at doing hair. I also got my nails done here for prom, and they looked great.

Had a fabulous experience. Alexa did my pedicure and it was lovely. She didnt rush through the treatment and the products smelled heavenly! Much better than your average run of the mill salon that rushes through each client.
