Prices never beat autozone. Staff is extremely uneasy to anyone walking like they want to hold your hand while your shopping. Very hard to get them to look up parts. Like sometimes they will act like they know they dont carry a part even though there website lists it. Bald white manager is mainly the one i am refering too. There is a tall black employee who did seem like a good worker with a rational personality that can relate to a day to day person for dealing with customers. All in all i go here only because it is closer for when i do have to walk but from now on if i can i would much rather go to autozone. Which btw i am not saying autozone is oh so awesome trust me there employees are just a crappy but everything has better prices for me.

I had to return the parts twice because I was given parts for a MKZ, and I have a MKX!! Today, I went to garage to get brakes pads and rotors replaced and the mechanic had to call another Advance Auto to deliver pads because I was given front brake pads!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WONT BE BACK

I was looking for a particular kind of oil and couldnt find it. I then went to the counter and asked. I was pointed in the direction where the oil was. I told the gentlemen I was already there and couldnt find the brand. He said, without looking up, I cant help you then.

ZERO STARSIf you want rude service...This is the place. Cashier was walking back and forth yelling on his personal cell phone rather than helping customers. When I checked out he answered a call and acted like I was preventing him from using his phone.

Ordered online. Went to pickup when informed order was ready. Associates did not have order ready. Associates were reluctant to help and could not answer simple questions about products ordered. They seemed preoccupied.
