I am very disappointed in Mr. Lee at Kays beauty supply store on 7mile and Gratiot in Detroit. I purchased Milkyway Remi Saga 27/613 and had it sewed in my hair. The hair was so old and dry rotten that it would not hold any curls or spritz. My stylist curled my hair two days in a row, by the end of the day I looked like a shaggy head dog! I went to talk to Mr. Lee about this and he wouldnt even come out of the office to speak to me. I did not want any money back, I wanted more hair. I have been wearing the Saga for three years and I have never ever had this type of problem. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional for Mr. Lee to refuse to speak to me!!! I will be dealing with this matter further because this just wasnt right. I spent my money and basically got cheated and treated like a dog!!! So no fair!! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGIAIN!! This was my first and last time!!! My rating is a No rating :(
