These people are crooks. Purchased products off of the Amazon marketplace. Order prior to shipment was cancelled, Four Green Auto Parts identified that they had an issue with the shipping address and therefore cancelled the order. Amazon intervened and identified the address was correct and reccomended the company carry out the contract terms. I reviewed the product which had the remaining stock listed, now with a new price more than twice what they had sold it as. I just did not expect such unethical and illegal behavoiur. Stay away. Claim pending. If this review is still up bring your business someplace worth it. UPDATE: BBB Complaint Filed for Breach of Contract 12/15/2016. Seller agent, "Zein" confirmed the fradulent claims to Amazon regarding an incorrect address causing contract issues was false and that the issue was price on their end.

Same experience as Brayden M from mid Dec. Saw his review so emailed the company first to confirm the part was in stock and in the US warehouse. Received an email saying Yes it is. placed order for rocker panel molding that day for $135 + 40 shipping. Just received an email asking for another $170 more for shipping (total $210 on a 25 lb part). When I emailed and asked why so much, since I just shipped a bike from Chicago to Texas for $65, Zeins response was This is coming from KOREA! His caps btw, not mine. Ive emailed him back with a reminder that I had confirmed US stock, before placing the order. Oh well. Live and learn. Found an actual dealer (Lawrence Kia in KS) who will ship for $255 total. This place may be good for small parts, but shady sales and order practices.

Poor communication. Confused Sales Manager. 3 to 7 words answers on each email. Paid at their website for parts . Took 9 days!!! to get any information on my order until i asked and twisted their arm, and 1 extra day to find out they didnt have one of the items i already paid in stock, at any of their "warehouses". Plus they wanted more money ($57) to ship the incompleted order. Filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. You will be lucky if your order is in michigan but if the parts are located in South Korea get ready to deal with someone who clearly doesnt understand plain English!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service and communication. Received an auto response that they would let me know when my items shipped, after a week I contacted them to find out what the status was. I received a 3 word response, poor business skills at least. Cancelled the order online but received no response back. Contacted them after three days to verify cancellation. Response was childlike. I ordered the same parts from S. Korea and received them before four green ever cancelled my order. Would never do business with them again.

I did not see any reviews for these guys so I thought I would try to help out. I ordered three parts and paid for the faster shipping out of Korea. I had my parts 48 hours after I ordered them. That is pretty impressive. One of the parts came with a broken tab, the shipping companys problem not Fourgreen. I contacted Fourgreen and they sent me a replacement and it also came with the upgraded shipping. I am very happy with the authentic Hyundai parts and their service.

Poor communication. Ordered an item on a Saturday, didnt ship until the following Wednesday only after I e-mailed them asking about. I returned the item on 08/22, since I got the part from elsewhere, and its 09/04 and still no refund. My advice just use them to get the part numbers you need and then buy them somewhere else where your business is valued and where the employees actually respond to customer inquiries.

Company is nothing but thieves ordered parts they charged my credit card then nothing contacted them and they said they were out of stock and had no idea when the parts would be back in Stock so I submitted a cancellation request and again heard nothing even after numerous attempts. weeks later still no contact and no refund.
