This store sometimes has decent stuff but you can be certain it will be priced extremely high if they think it is worth anything. Not to mention a lot of their items end up broken because it is poorly organized, like dont even bother looking through the frames and pictures section, almost everythings broken and there is broken glass all over that area all the time. But my biggest problem are the workers attitudes. There are occasions when everything goes fine and they all seem nice. But most of the time they are extremely rude. For example if I am at the jewelery counter, I am usually waiting for 15+ minutes while numerous workers ignore me and my asking for help. There was also one time where they had the wrong sale colors up on their scrolling sign, so I picked out a whole bunch of white tag items, thinking they were 50% off because that is what their sign said. Only to be told at the register that they are not on sale and that their sign is messed up. At this point I am already attached to these items so I pay full price for them. But the more I thought about it after I left the more angry I got because other people are going to do the same thing I did. So I call and ask to talk to the manager because if the sign is wrong it should be turned off. Every "manager" I talked to claimed the sign is working fine and that I must be lying. Even though, it hadnt even been 5 minutes since I left and their worker told me the sign was messed up and that they couldnt fix it. I ended up being on the phone with them for almost 20 minutes, most of the time on hold, just to be transferred to another manager that just said "the sign is fine" and hung up on me. It wasnt like I was asking for a refund all I wanted was for them to turn broken sign off. I would avoid this store.

My father and I go here A LOT. It has some good stuff but over the years they have raised the prices a lot and made some questionable decisions on prices for the same thing. We usually go on Wednesday when they have senior discounts. It would be nice if they had a juniors section... because the girls is too small and the womens is sometimes to big. If you have little kids , this is a pretty good store to items for them. It is annoying that they only take cash but they do have an ATM. They have a pretty decent variety of stuff. I have found SOOOO much good stuff there and hopefully I will find tons more!

Terrible store, everything is donations from different areas in Metro, Macomb area. The management their is very petty fake two faced. Horrible decision making an no management skills. They will hire anyone, thristy no respect males, and poorly mannered hoeish females. The employees their get no respect from their manger or "store leader" seems like a big over priced joke their. Thought you suppose to keep your workers happy how when their always being doubted, an disrespected by eachother. Word of advice dont ever shop their!

Great selection of used items in excellent shape, without the new price. I needed to get a wheel chair for my wife, and I was able to get one in practically new condition for under $65.00. I couldnt rent one for a month at a medical supply place for that. Every time I have went there, I have not been disappointed. JUST BRING CASH, although they do have an ATM machine inside the building if you dont have enough cash on hand. Not your average thrift store on 16 Mile and Gratiot. Great place to go without breaking the bank.

I simply love this place and worth the drive. Can always find cute little dresses for my granddaughters, they love the kids grab bags full of goodies for their book bags. My friends and I can spend a couple of hours in here easily and thats how you find the gems!! You have to take.....your.......time.....!! Only drawback is they only accept cash....I get it, but I dont like it! They could really do better if the broaden their payment methods. Other than that, hey I love em!

Overall a generally great thrift store for clothing. Cons: - CASH ONLY, theres an ATM with a 2.50 fee - NO DRESSING ROOMS, also no returns or exchanges. Better make sure you love it before you buy it. Theres a long mirror in the back for visual, but dress for public changing. I give it a 3 due to dressing room inconvenience while having their no return/exchange policy. <-- this is a huge make or break, and I personally think this is a flaw to just get money off people.

This place has great selection everything is sorted very well easy to find outfits great selection and electronics and other housewares staff is also very friendly and helpful for anything you need to find . And did I mention all the sales they have their daily sales based on the color of tags you can really save a lot of money shopping here. Quite often I find brand new items and name brand clothing with tags still on them marked down at least 70% of retail cost

Best selection anywhere. Place is big. Prices all over the place. Cashiers usually okay but floor stock people are the worst. They hate their job and they hate you. No return policy, no fitting rooms, and cash only. Dont even go in bathroom unless you like filth. But you can find deals here. Just bring lots of hand sanitizer, watch out for kids running all over the place, and avoid the workers.

Love the store. However, it is unorganized. If all clothes are sorted by size, it will make everyones life easier and not having to spent 4-5 hours searching for their size. Each time I go in, I spent around that amount of time and its frustrating sometimes. But, for name brand clothes and the 50% off days, Im content with my findings. I really hope it is organized according to sizes though.

this place is extremely unprofessional, selling electrical quipment that doesnt work. Then on the phone I was told I should of tried it before I bought it. I paid $25 for a vacuum that doesnt work. Then Im told, "its our store policy so deal with it", I was passed around from person to person the entire time. Spoke with 4 people in 15 minutes. This store is terrible.

There is 10 other resale shops within a 12 mile of this place! Community is by far the most expensive, they think that they are a high end store. Hello, all your stuff is donated!!!! Charging $40 for an used pair of shoes is just a plain rip off! Pricing off of eBay you?!?!?! No wonder why people hide stuff and wait till its half off!!!! This place is a ripoff!!!!!
