Weve been using Bellingars for a several years to process beef and pork. Our buyers are pleased that Bellingars offers no nitrates in processing our pork and several bacon options. They have some awesome brats and their Canadian bacon is exceptional. We are disappointed in the decreased weekend hours to pick up the meat. Only Saturday until 1:00 for pick up during the weekend is tough. I would prefer the hours to be at least until 4 or 5:00 pm. Its an adjustment that will be taken into account as we continue to raise beef cattle and hogs.
