The store itself is okay, the front office staff is rude most of the time, and your not always greeted or spoken to when shopping. Although a couple individuals make it worth it to shop here, Ian who works just about everywhere in the store is amazing hes always willing to help and is very friendly. You have to love Ms. Sharon from the Florida high days. and best of all Deon, this guy is a hoot and a half. He is very friendly, and will have you dying laughing. My entire family enjoys and talks about him regularly, in fact we take people to this Publix just to meet him, theres something about this guy that screams Hollywood. He has an amazing voice and if you ask him hell sing for you, he jokes about it but his dancing is horrible, but all around hes what keeps me and my family driving 20 minutes to that store, hes great at engaging the customer and making them feel comfortable, hes so optimistic is sickening but youll get use to it, no matter how bad/tired/ or annoyed you felt before meeting this guy, hell change your entire day.

want to thank the Pharmacy Department, mainly a woman named MARY ADAMS, that helps me with my parents prescriptions. Due to finanicial difficulties I am paying for most of their prescriptions, and I live in TEXAS! They allow me to call and pay over the phone, and due to so many scripts at a time, MARY always helps me, so we can get the transaction done fast and easy. Then my brother picks them up, without worrying about holding people up in line. Thank You MARY for being so kind and patient with me and my family! Louie Tuten Olsen

This place is ghetto. The customer service is reprehensible and several of the employees act like theyre in some sort of ethnic movie. I dont think Ive ever had as awkward of an experience in a grocery store as today when the 10 items or less cashier started singing a Kanye West song (poorly) at us. It was weird and uncomfortable, and she was very rude. Needless to say, were certainly not going back to this one. The store on Park and Blairstone is nice though, well stick with that one.

What an improvement over the years ! Thanks to an extraordinary manager Mr. Bagwell the store is making leaps and bounds. The staff is quick and efficient which is not easy seeing that they are a smaller store compared to Ocala and Lake Ella. The only hiccup I have is the product selection is a bit scarce at times. I see no reason that with time this will be resolved. In fact word is this Publix is due for a remodel very very soon.

Growing up publix had the freshest produce and bakery ever!! Over the years they have totally went downhill! I purchased two cakes from them today and I was so unsatisfied and disgusted with the service and the cake. It tasted like candle wax and the cake overall was stale. Please get this together and get your old staff members back!

This store isnt the greatest in customer service, but is conveniently located in a place with not very many grocery stores. Unless you rely almost completely on the employees, this store works.

Its my son birthday, I called to reserve a few 8 pc mixed. The cook told me there will be plenty got there and they didnt have any chicken left. They blamed it on the truck being late.
