Didnt have any top shelf bourbon or rye whiskey like the Sazerac or High West I was looking for, which I bought off the shelf last week in Chicago, and didnt have any idea about the limited edition I was asking about. I was perfectly pleasant, just inquiring as they were listed as a High West dealer, but after asking about the 3rd one they didnt have, the guy got all snotty and went on about how they do in fact get what I was asking for, and how they do some huge amount of business, blah blah, but even if they did have it, they and other places would only be selling it to their "good customers who spend $50 a week", or theyd lose their business. I wouldnt buy a bud light from these guys after that BS attitude.

I stopped in on the way to a buy something and left my credit card at the store. The clerk that helped me, Chaz, went the extra mile and found me on Facebook to notify me that I left my credit card at the store. That i my book is first class 5-star service. Thank you Chaz for your integrity. I hope the owner reads this and acknowledges you for your customer service.

Went in looking for a couple specific bottles of bourbon because their sign outside said they charge state minimum on liquor, compared their prices on multiple items to the state pricebook and they were $1-$2 more than minimum. Its not a huge difference, but its pretty dishonest to advertise one thing and then do another.

The biggest and best liquor selection in Ann Arbor. Whether you want popov, natty light, and franzia or high end liquor, exotic beer, and fine wine you can find it all at Super Liquor 4. The guys working at the store are always very helpful and they usually round down to the nearest dollar when you check out.

Excellent customer service as well as extensive knowledge of the liquor. Allegations stating you have to buy more beer in order to get a specialty beer are completely false. I was able to purchase hop slam on its own when it first came out... Review must have been an angry customer

3 stars for the selection. Other then that if you shop around you will find craft beers at a lower price. When trying to buy certain limited release bottles they make you buy other beer as a package. Not good in my opinion.

One of the best beer selections I have ever seen. Great wine and liquor selection. Very friendly staff who are actually concerned with what the customers want. By far one of the best establishments around.
