I would NEVER go back! My husband and I showed up to look around as we had never been. Window shopping. And when we went to leave they discriminated against my husband for wearing a duster. I dont care if they thought it was too hot out to wear it, my husband wears it to keep cool and to conceal. Not to mention there were plenty of other people in the store with hoodies on! They thought my husband, a sheriff deputy, was stealing all because we window shopped and he had on a duster. They then proceeded to tell me that they have been getting stolen from a lot. Heres an idea, instead of going out and taking photos of my license plate and accusing my law abiding husband of possibly stealing; you start working on your store security. Chances are you arent securing your store right if you lost as much as you said you did in one month. Needless to say they handled their business unprofessional by not fixing their own problems and making their customers uncomfortable!

Outrageous markups on majority of their inventory. With beer & staple items like Jack Daniels, you wont see much of a difference but when you get to the top shelf stuff they are ridiculous. Their Macallan 18 are priced at $250 and The Macallan Edition No.1 at $140 (as of February, 2016)..elsewhere they are $199-219 & $99-109, respectively. Their Blantons bourbon is $70, when 99% of the other liquor stores are priced at a consistent $56.99. I could go on. A few bucks difference here and there is fine & I get that but they are doing 10-25% markups just because theyre one of very few package stores in the area. Wouldve been ZERO stars but customer service was good the last 2 times I was there.

They dont honor prices that are tagged on the shelf. No apology for wrong pricing just "thats the price for the (not on the shelf and the tag is in the wrong place) 6 pack". No offer to do anything to help the customer. I will say the selection is fine and all, but it only takes one bad experience to lose out on a fairly regular customer.

Turtle Creek carries a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. They also have wine tastings on Thursdays!!!
