Love this Sallys store ! All the gals who work h re are super friendly ,helpful and give awesome suggestions ! Love coming to the Lincoln st Sallys! A far superior store and pleasant experience with profesional employees who have outstanding customer service skills!!!...as compared to the Sallys in West Boylston mass who has none of he above !

This place is so misinformed I bought a warranty for my wax warmer and the girl tells me to bring it in no problem and they will exchange it out no dont believe that warranty nosense they want you to ship it out to a company and do other stuff they dont deal with it they shouldnt lie and misinform customers
