Yesterday, I tried to call this stoe to find out if they had something in stock so I could drive there and give them money for it. I was on hold (on my CELL PHONE) for about twenty minutes all in all. I must have called 4 times and nobody ever picked up in the dept. I needed, even when they said management would take the call because I started sounding upset. They assured me someone would take the call. No one ever came to the phone oven 4 phone calls. I stayed on hold for like 5 minutes 4 times. Im the stupid one. They need a management change at this location. I have never had this bad of phone service ANYWHERE. Not just a Wal-Mart. Never. I changed my mind and went without my item. I would have spent 40 bucks.

I buy a lot of rare roast beef from the deli in your store. Many times it gets brown by the second day. I bought a pound last week in the morning and by the p.m. it had started turning less red already. I brought it back and continued on to Shaws for roast beef. Their rare roast beef stayed red and pink for almost a week. The only time that would happen at Walmart is if they happened to open a brand new piece of meat at the time of purchase. They always have an end piece to sell and I believe that is why it turns color so quickly. I will now buy my rare roast beef at Shaws. Thank you, B.W.

Went there 4 days in a row to get large bags of animal crackers. shelf was always empty. Finally asked an associate to check and he looked it up. They had 96 bags in stock in back. The shelves were mostly picked through in the cracker aisle. I inquired why at 8 am the shelves were so empty and the reply I got was "Our grocery manager is on vacation this week." I guess we dont stock shelves when the boss is gone. This was today Thursday and he told me to come back on Monday when boss was back. Really?

Dont expect anyone to be able to help you find something. If at all possible get a picture of what your looking for or a store sku number to help the employee. One of the cleanest and well kept Walmarts Ive been in. Have had one issue with a block of cheese I purchased, was still sealed but had lots of green mold on a corner. If you go to the store past 1030PM you will see the night crew bring out pallets and block off the center isles. It can be annoying to get from one place or side to the other.

This store has anything and everything you need. It is a supercenter so one half is a grocery store. Its always so crowded but they have plenty of registers including several self check-outs. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially at the service desk. Some sections of the store are messy but I do see staff working in almost every section when I am there.

Very disturbing. Many of the fish tanks in the corner next to the pet stuff had filters clogged with dead fish as well as many others floating all around. They also kept some plastic containers with fish on the shelf next to the tanks. one of them had a fish in it decaying so bad the water changed to orange. Cant believe this is legal

Ordered my daughters first birthday party invitations to the next photo center for 1 hour pick up. Went to the store to pick them up 3 hours later to a sign saying they closed early and to find that my order wasnt printed and wont be until tomorrow. Waste of time and gas, thanks for the warning Walmart.

Great staff and consistent with availability of items on sale. Only wish they had a better plus size section for women. In todays world there are far more shoppers that are plus sized and I would buy more in store if you had decent selection of clothing available

Store is kept clean, well stocked in the grocery section. Associates dont really pay attention to customers but are helpful when asked. Decent Gluten Free Section in baking supplies. Really easy to get in and out of.

I love Walmart and this is a nice store. However I recently had to return something and was shocked at how rude and unhelpful the customer service staff were. Disgusting and a disgrace to Walmart good name.

I dont shop Wal-Mart frequently - but when I do, I prefer this store over the Worcester store next to Sams club. Ive noticed a few of the prices here are slightly lower than the Worcester store.

I love this walmart. The prices are great, the place is rarely busy, and the store is very clean. When I have interacted with the staff they have all been incredibly friendly and helpful.

I enjoy this Walmart. The parking lot isnt covered with shopping carts, And the store is clean. I havent had any issues with this store, It even has a phone center, with a wide selection.

Walmart in Northbridge always had courteous people willing to help me and my family find just about anything! They have multiple lines open so waiting in line isnt that long.

Great place to shop. Deffinatly not a middle class type of place or high. The class of people are something to be desired. Some stores are disasters caused by low lifes.

They never seem to cull their produce. Easy to find rotted fruits and vegetables. Their plastic bags are horrible. The cashier to customer ratio seems like 100 - 1.

Have not yet visited a Walmart that goes above a 3. This one like many others rarely has enough cashiers - 20 minutes in line normal; produce and meats subpar.

The new location of a Walmart SuperCenter is just off the Main St exit from Rt 146 @ 100 Valley Pkwy. The old store closed either late 2007 or early 2008.

As far a Wal-Marts go, this is a pretty good one. I love their plants selection in the spring/ summer.
