Store was big, clean and new. The selection of goods was reasonable however the HomeGoods side seemed to have much more going for it than Marshalls section. The Marshalls was more like a Marshalls express. I could liken to the way Target has a Pizza Hut express in their stores. It was an abridged version of the original offering simply the staples of the business and not offering the wide selection usually associated with with the name, metaphorically speaking the menu was bland. One major complaint I have on top of this is that the check out line was ridiculously long. The wait was over 45 minutes!!! There were plenty of unattended registers and the facility appeared to be amply staffed. Thete were many employees visibly doing little or nothing and should have been in the front of the store cashiering. Several people left the line and store as I would have done due to the ridiculously asinine wait time if mothers day wasnt soon approaching. Probably wont go back there because of this excruciatingly frustrating situation and apparent mismanagement of the stores human resources. There was no sense of urgency in this store to help customers. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Employees seemed more interested in gossiping.

...... Actually had 2 floor representatives ignore my request for help . So sad that stuff like this still exist in 2016. I will never return to this store ever again! Patricia was the name of one sales floor person so watch out!

You will always find something you dont need here and any time you are looking for something, you wont find it. Staff are generally helpful and things are kept organized but it can get very busy here sometimes.

At first glance, it looks like there is a lot of stuff here. The problem is there isnt as much variety of the same type of items as it seems, especially kitchen items.
