I love shopping at TJ Maxx its one of my go to places. I ordered a comforter online I saw in the store that didnt have the right size. It said I would get an email when it shipped. I ordered it on July 12. today is July 23 and I STILL have not gotten an email that it was even shipped. I called to find out what was going on, I got a rude customer service Rep who did confirm my order was placed (by me clearly) but had not been processed nevermind shipped! I have never waited this long for something unless it was coming from China. I was going to place another huge order, as I am redoing several rooms in my home but because of the poor customer service and the ridiculous amount of time it takes to process and ship my order I will not be ordering from them online again. So disappointing !

manager jeseray refused to give any sort of discount for horribly stained pants. they were the last size and I needed them. she suggested I go home and wash them and then back paddled that they came like that. Answer just 10% off which would have been $3 and she refused. she acted in a rude manner the whole time. will never go back and will tell my family.
