Not worth going to. Told them to have my moms medication a week prior notice for a month long vacation. End result: No medications being processed due to b.s. excuse for diabetic meds. I have told them in advance. And what do the pharmacy do? They do not do jack squat! No phone calls or a heads up on meds. being ready. What is more infuriating is the service. The pharmacist tells me that can not call. Wdh? I waited 3 days! 3 whole ****en days for my moms cholesterol medicine. LOL service is a joke. That pharmacy can rot in hell for their greed. Never have I been pissed off at service like this and never was my family ever denied for medications for no reason. Too ****en late to send my meds. out lol! 0/5 **** cvs. I might as well take my families business else where. Underrated service, short on staff, never got meds ready on time when I have already called both insurance and my physician about this. I suggest to change service. They DO NOT tell you if it was alright to have the request already processed. "That process can not be over rided." my ass!

The employees I am very unfriendly with the clients they are left with the cards of the medical plans ,to pass for several people to be able to recover the card. Doctors send the pharmacies the recipes and when one goes for the medicines there is to wait according to the employee they did not serve it because the plan does not cover them leaving without medication . the plan does not cover it but our pocket pay them. The recipes are not only a luxury but is necessary because one is sick, there are never staff who can attend to people who speak Spanish, send messages to elderly people who when they go for their medication do not have any having to return another day to pick them up, It is not fair and it seems to me a discrimination. The mannagers of cvs put litter more attention to the problems that are occurring exclusively in this pharmacy.

Walgreens is cheaper and this location changes their sales price on a whim, similar to the bait n switch scam. Ive been made to leave for fighting a price that was advertised.. I was told it was a mistake and that ppl f up as he was taking down the sale sticker, then i was escorted out by the same plain clothed employee.

Absolutely NO customer service! Extremely rude associates. Always under staffed. I have been a customer there for 20+ years. I am fed up and I am bringing my business elsewhere. I had a prescription sent at 10:45 am, it is 3:54 and they have yet to fill my prescriptions. Totally unacceptable!

Picked up a prescription and a few other items...the girl at the counter say "oh Im really sorry, we dont have any bags" so I paid for my stuff then went and got a bag from the other registers... One would think someone would just get some bags

Great costumer care service. Consistent good staff. particularly, Micheal was always kind enough to help me find stuff when i dont find things i selves. highly recommend.
