Robino is the best! We had to update our plan and upgrade a phone and he was so helpful in getting us what we needed and saving us a lot of money from our previous plan! He was honest and informed us of different specials but never pushed on anything the way some sales people do to the point you feel uncomfortable. It was great doing business there. It was not too busy and we were helped right away. The other staff that assisted us were also helpful. I recommend you stop by this location over others and talk to Robino!

Dont come here. Customer service at this location is terrible. I came in to make a change to my service plan and agent Tom handed me a phone to call customer service... Second, when I asked Tom to pre-order the iPhone 6s he tried to sell me the iPhone 6. He repeatedly insisted that I should purchase an iPhone 6 and I had to insist that I wanted a 6s. He then began to lie to me about the hardware specifications of the two phones so I left. Awful experience and a waste of time.
